Like our full-time positions, we hire marketing, SEO, design, development and digital marketing interns on a rolling basis. Regardless of the department in which you are looking to apply, our internship program is consistent across all departments. We want our interns to flourish as part of the team. You will not be a coffee-fetching minion or glorified paper-filer. Our goal is for you to learn as much as you possibly can while you’re here. You can expect, and are expected to:
- have knowledge of the department in which you apply (some experience is a plus, but not necessary)
- be challenged on a daily basis
- participate in company-wide meetings
- take initiative and pitch original ideas
- meet deadlines
- ask lots of questions
- have the type of fun your mother warned you about
