Our process always begins with research, which in this case consisted of employee and customer interviews, customer surveys, and extensive competitor analyses. Through our research, we found that while customers loved working with SDPR's team, the company's website could use some improvements in terms of usability and functionality.
SDPR's core customer base consists of event planners, designers, venues, and caterers. Translation: extremely busy people. In order to make their jobs easier, SDPR needed to digitize its rental process to create a seamless and efficient user experience, while simultaneously showcasing its unique rentals.
