Così originated in France 20 years ago as a sandwich shop known for its European flatbread. Since then the restaurant has progressively expanded, now with locations across the United States.



Così of Hackensack, New Jersey approached Hudson looking to bring in more customers for lunch with digital marketing tactics.


Hudson effectively raised awareness for Così of Hackensack by creating a custom Facebook page. Marketing to local users, running Facebook Ads, and sharing menu specials allowed the restaurant to attract new customers quickly. We ran a sweepstakes which garnered new fans, and also created tabs such as “Restaurant Menu” and “Salad Recipe Guide,” which were synced to individual ad campaigns based on audience demographics.
